The Beute Clinic – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
By booking an appointment with The Beute Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all appointments and treatments provided by The Beute Clinic.
2. Booking & Payment
- All appointments and treatments must be paid for in full before attendance, unless we have agreed otherwise at the point of booking.
- We accept payment via the methods displayed at booking (card, bank transfer, etc.). If payment fails or is declined, the appointment will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
- For clients who have outstanding balances from previous visits, we reserve the right to require payment ahead of any future treatment.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no‑shows”), will be charged in full.
- If you arrive late, you may still receive part or all of your treatment — but we reserve the right to reschedule, and any fee paid will not be refunded.
- If you attend your appointment but decline to proceed with treatment, this will be treated as a cancellation and the full cost will apply.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal to book further appointments — or may require a deposit or full prepayment in advance.
4. Refunds & Non‑Refundable Treatments
- All treatments are non‑refundable once paid.
- Where a treatment series or course is purchased (e.g. multiple sessions), refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
5. Outstanding Payments & Debt Recovery
- Failure to pay for services rendered may result in your account being passed to a third‑party collection agency, which could incur additional charges.
- Any future bookings will be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.
6. Appointment Conduct, Children & Behaviour Policy
- We strive to maintain a calm, safe, and hygienic environment for all clients.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not responsible for supervising children, and children must not run around the clinic for health, safety, and comfort reasons.
- We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services to anyone behaving aggressively or inappropriately towards our staff or other clients.
- We also reserve the right to refuse entry or request departure if a client is visibly under the influence of alcohol or non‑prescribed substances.
7. Medical Disclaimer & Consent
- The Beute Clinic provides non‑surgical, non‑invasive cosmetic or therapeutic treatments (or other services, as applicable). While we endeavour to achieve satisfactory results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- Prior to each treatment, we will explain the procedure, discuss any potential risks or side effects, and obtain your informed consent.
- It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical history, ongoing conditions, allergies, medications, or other information that may affect treatment.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our privacy policy — available on request or via our website — explains how we handle and protect your information.
- Client records are kept securely and confidentially. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
9. Complaints Policy
- If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, behaviour of staff, or any other issue, please raise your concern via our complaints procedure.
- We will endeavour to respond promptly (typically within 28 days) and work with you to resolve any issues fairly and professionally.
10. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, The Beute Clinic does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, or for dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations.
- Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment in question.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
- The Beute Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to clients via our website and will apply to all future bookings.
- Continued use of our services after being informed of changes will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Thank you for choosing The Beute Clinic. We look forward to providing you with the highest standard of care.
